   Went do my food …
   Went do my food shopping I don’t know what to buy. or it’s too expensive or it’s cheap and it’s poison . My opinion is that almost all american food is poison, even its said organic. You never had organic food, so you don’t know how it’s taste. Poor are you. I know what is organic, and I have lived here for few year. And I want normal food, how you still get health it’s amazing!!!! I’m personally never gonna food in Mcdonalds, it’s not food it’s something else, but not food.

   Like the title says; WAKE UP! Big Pharma hates competition. They want ALL vitamins banned, so they can peddle their “synthetic” poisons. Unless you’re rich, you can’t possibly get all the nutrition from the food you eat and since 80% of the daily intake of North American’s is “fast food” and processed food (even more, in many cases), you need supplements. I’ve been taking supplements for decades and I will continue as long as they’re available and I can afford them.

   i eat a balanced diet, hepitisis forced me to look at my diet. i was told to vary my colors. red beets, green salad, etc. i still eat a candy bar a few times a week. the key is in moderation. supersize me: never!!! stretch,walk stretch. it’s all part of the health puzzle. tnx u guys

   Standard Process really isn’t all that expensive. You might have to sacrifice a little if you have to take several types due to health problems. But if you’re a healthy person you can easily afford to take a Catalyn tablet once per day every day. It will only benefit you in the long run.

    Taking SYNTHETIC …
    Taking SYNTHETIC vitamins will indeed hurt the body. They will probably make you feel better though – because it gives a drug like reaction.

    But if you want to truly benefit from vitamins, they must be whole food vitamins. Natural herbs are good too.

    but the vitamins found naturally in foods are watered down and not potent anymore. And the “whole food” vitamins are so expensive you have to be wealthy to take them on a regular basis.

    Everything that is going on now is just an illusion to make people think there is evil people everywhere & we dont make evil people. Even tho’ living in scarcity does, so yes we do, we make evil/bad/undesirable people all the time. Its a war for your mind. Another of today’s big illusions is to make you think these papers that are signed have power. There is no such thing as paper/people taking away/giving people rights. These papers that are being passed have no power, its in your head.

    Its just there too keep people playing into their game’s. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure there are some good people in governments & police, but at the same time they are holding society back unconsciously, from our true potential. They are just brought too believe-in, this is all real, and they want to be a part of something they where brought too believe-in is good. But its not. If you really get down too it you’ll see that we don’t need any of this, that’s going on today.

    But in this scarcity based society it feels like you need governments/police. With scarcity & money, comes poverty, crime, greed, competition, hate, & so on, making the illusions that we see today. Its all just a bunch of arguments within a larger argument to keep you believing/following. Governments are gangs, & police are there foot soldiers. This will never stop in a scarcity based society using money. Yet people keep complaining, voting, repeating history.

    In sum, what Gurdjiff was saying, was that everyone, would hold up, be responsible for, their own world and thus the larger world.Government is power. Bullies & psycho’s gravitate towards power. So no matter how many times you kick all the “bad” people out of power they will always find new ways to come back, even if it takes their family’s 1,000 years to sneak back into governments, doesn’t matter to them. Money & ALL governments are bad, living in scarcity is bad. Following people is bad.

    Those who look for the world to be saved by a single teacher in a given time are shirking their own responsibility. They wait in the hope of a second coming with no effort on their part, indulging in the disease of tomorrow. To avoid a complete disaster it is necessary to achieve world harmony as soon as possible. It cannot be achieved by politics, philosophy, religion, or any organized movement that treats man in the mass. It can only be accomplished through the individual development of man.
